The Raiders signed kicker Swayze Waters on Tuesday. He is out of the University of Alabama-Birmingham and has on NFL experience.
Not that it matters because the Raiders already have the league’s highest-paid kicker in Sebastian Janikowski. So, in essence, the Raiders added Waters as just another training-camp leg so that Janikowski doesn’t get overworked in practice and games.
Waters, 22, spent time with the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent last season.

this has to mean that the raiders draft board is on the table.how can it not be,they are concentrating on finding a kicker for training camp this early.

They do need to bring in another camp arm so JR doesn’t get tired, and he can just eat his Skittles.
how about getting another long snapper back up for the long snapper, because we are going to be punting a lot this year.
